I was disappointed with our experience at Swiss Chalet today. The biggest concern was the cleanliness. The dining room floor was incredibly greasy to the point that my children slipped and fell three times just walking to and from our table. There was also a visible buildup of grease and grime under the booth seating that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. From a cleanliness and food service perspective, it was very concerning. The second issue was the Wednesday Kids Eat Free promotion. We were two adults and three children, and we ordered three adult entrées, which would have qualified us for three free kids' meals. Our server never mentioned the promotion when we ordered. I only learned about it at the end of the meal. When I asked if we could receive the three kids' meals to take home since we had already paid for our meals, I was told they couldn't be boxed before being served. I accepted that and even boxed them myself, but I was only given two kids' meals instead of the three we qualified for. I also ordered a 5 pieces chicken tenders and was served 12 nuggets instead without being told that they are out of tenders. Between the poor cleanliness, the slippery and unsafe floor, and the disappointing handling of the promotion, this was not the experience I expected. I hope management addresses both the sanitation concerns and ensures staff consistently inform guests about promotions they qualify for.

We stop at this Swiss Chalet often for lunch on the way to Ottawa/Montreal or on the way back to Toronto. We love the food here, especially the quality of the cooking. And the service is always great! Aiden was wonderful to us and very kind and she made us very welcome! We have eaten at other Swiss Chalet locations and and yet the same items taste better here than at the other locations.

We had a gathering of 20 people for lunch, and our experience was excellent from start to finish. The service, food, seating arrangements, washrooms, and parking facilities were all outstanding. The team was very accommodating, including providing space for our RV parking. We thoroughly enjoyed the quality and quantity of the food, which was offered at a very reasonable price. Our table was prepared on time without any delays, and the food was served promptly and efficiently. Our special thanks go to Emily for assisting with our orders and to Manager Darcide for coordinating the event so successfully. We would highly recommend this restaurant to our friends and family. Without hesitation, we will be returning in the future. Thank you for making our gathering such a memorable and enjoyable experience.

In nord America è comune trovare questi luoghi dove mangiare velocemente e bere birra. Pollo arrosto e patatine fritte, cibo da fast food, insomma. Da migliorare l'igiene.
