I placed an order through the Subway app with clear special instructions, including asking for my foot-long to be packed into two separate portions, but that was completely ignored. The staff member seemed uninterested and provided very poor customer service. While packing the sandwich, some veggies fell out and instead of fixing it, she just threw them away. On top of that, she even forgot to cut and pack the foot-long into two portions as requested. It’s really frustrating to deal with the same issues every single time. There’s a clear lack of attention to detail and basic customer care. If this continues, I won’t be coming back. Definitely needs serious improvement.

Nobody answered the call i tried multiple times someone finally answered, the female staff member working the night shift spoke to me very rudely and was completely unhelpful regarding my order status. As a customer, I expect basic courtesy when calling about an online order, especially during late hours. This behavior was unprofessional and disappointing. Please address this with your night staff and ensure calls about online orders are handled respectfully.
