  Great place to get a quick meal or snack at the mall. The team is always friendly, smiling and chatty. They always make sure to confirm my order, as well as make sure that the way it is being processed is correct so that I am not inconvenienced. I also really appreciate how the members who are training are very upfront and open. The smiles and positive attitudes make my day.

  Really impressed with the service at New York Fries! I ordered the Veggie Fries, and everything was fresh and delicious. The two girls working were extremely friendly, polite, and attentive. They made sure my order was perfect and treated me with genuine kindness. Great service like this definitely makes you want to come back again!

  I found the customer service here really disappointing. I was standing at the counter and said hi, but I was completely ignored, which felt very disrespectful. Two employees were chatting with each other instead of acknowledging the customer, and their attitude made the experience even worse. Unfortunately, what should have been a simple visit ended up spoiling my whole mood. I hope the staff can be more welcoming and attentive to customers in the future.
