Very poor service from young man working..I asked a question about a specific burger price, I got my order sat down opened it and it was not my order the burger was wrong. He said u need to tell me and I said I did. He made it seem like it was my fault he didn't get it right. Then grabs it and uses very poor attitude and says he will make new one. Very poor customer service

They kept telling me a combo doesn’t come with a drink and fries. Charged me 5$ for fries ? And wanted a review for a free drink. On top of that, they served me my poutine with 3 cheese curds. Then, I asked for a refund and they refused to give me one.

The service is terrible and the food is either burnt or not enough for what they charge or tell you they already gaved me the food then complaint and they are upset and fight for the receipt when they can see you paid and they don’t even give receipt . Terrible I wish this was the same ppl as years back . Rather go to another KFC Stay away from this one they ask everyone to give them a review too . lol 🤣
