  We came in to sign in and first off there is absolutely no accessible doors so anybody using a wheelchair for mobility Cannot get in this place by himself while the staff watched this person struggle Instead of simply coming to open a door, they watched and proceeded to say we don’t have a accessible door. you would think then they would come and help but they didn’t. I then seen the staff in the back talking about the situation while laughing . Yes our food was quite good , the service could be better. Maybe start with getting an accessible door and a button for automatic open.

  Came here for a quick meal, and the service was excellent. The staff was incredibly fast, friendly, and managed the orders efficiently without any mix-ups. Food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. The restaurant was also clean and well-maintained. This location is run really well—will definitely be back.

  Very disappointing experience at this KFC location tonight. I arrived around 10 PM with my son in my tow truck because he was craving KFC after a long day. Unfortunately, the person speaking through the drive-thru speaker was extremely rude and spoke to us in a very disrespectful and discriminatory manner. Because my large tow truck could not properly fit through the drive-thru lane, they refused to take our order at all instead of trying to help or offer any alternative solution. My son became very upset and disappointed, and we ended up leaving without buying anything. This was honestly a very hurtful and frustrating experience, especially as a parent trying to do something simple for his child. Customers should be treated with respect regardless of the type of vehicle they drive. Very disappointing service.
