  I haven’t had a lot of luck with Burger King in the past but my friend is a massive BK person so I thought I’d give it another shot, only to experience what I I would describe as a sub-par fast food dining experience. Restaurant was very dirty, both garbages in bathroom were full with ripe diapers on top (which I can look past because they were busy) I ordered a Bacon & Cheese Whopper meal, the meat patty was burnt around the edges and barely cooked in the middle (which I was told by who I’m assuming was the shift manager “ That’s how they’re cooked”) Cheese on burger felt like it was cold directly from the fridge, It was over all just a bland non-tasty meal for $18.00 Fries were not even in the container when placed in my tray. Missing more than half It was overall just not a pleasant experience.

  Want to take the time to say that your manager Kenzie was fantastic today it was crazy busy inside the restaurant. She made sure everyone’s order was correct and was hot when we received. It did take some time for us to get are order but she apologized for the long wait. She’s great at her job and always has a smile ! This is my 3rd visit to the restaurant when she has worked and she is wonderful!! Keep up the work Kenzie don’t let some negative people get you down!

  My wife and I stopped in there yesterday. We went in for Whopper Wednesday . The Whopper was good the fries were cold. Every table in there was a disgusting mess. I just think tables should be wiped down often. It's awful to have to sit at a dirty table.

  I usually only use drive thru but never had any issues with food always been good and they are friendly

  3 people in group, Very disappointed first burger king in Belleville had only chicken burgers really unbelievable but true. Travelled to Kingston this one had burgers,server had difficulties. I'm a Brit, understanding me, l had to repeat my order 4 times because of language difficulties. l ordered a whopper meal and large Onion rings, bun and wrapping was soaking wet with oil and soggy, burger tasted wrong couldnt put my finger on why, large onion rings were a small but in a lage size container , others in party said theirs were just ok but nearly cold,. l should have returned it but due to the language difficulties and time restraints didnt. I spent that evening and into next day being violently ill, unfortunately burger king used to be my goto burger joint until now will not be returning ever.
