It genuinely felt like I had stumbled into an immersive experience where the goal was to make every interaction as confusing and joyless as possible. My order arrived incorrect, which at this point felt less like a mistake and more like a creative reinterpretation of what I had asked for. Eye contact was apparently an optional feature, not included in the standard package. Acknowledgement of my existence seemed to require a level of effort no one was willing to invest, and “thank you” must have been on a seasonal menu I missed. Mistakes can happen, of course—but the consistent commitment to indifference, the remarkable lack of professionalism, and the almost artistic dedication to basic discourtesy truly elevated the experience into something unforgettable.
