  If I could give this establishment a negative 5 stars, I would. Here is the story: I ordered a large Reece’s Pieces blizzard. After receiving it, and eating a few scoops, it was obvious this blizzard was almost entirely vanilla ice cream. I went back in hoping to have some Reece’s chunks added to it. The lady I spoke to said that the toppings are blended up, then proceeded to grab my cup and throw it in the garbage. She then said she’d make me a new one but this one would be different than the last. The difference you might ask? Well, she said she had put 5 scoops of Reece’s in the first one, but she’d be putting only 3 in this one. I exclaimed: why would I want a new blizzard that is worse than the last one, in particular with fewer Reece’s than the last one when that was my original complaint? As I watched her make the new one, she added 3 scoops. I said I’d like the same number of scoops at least as the last one. She added one more scoop and handed it back to me and grinned and said “have a nice day”… well, at 4 scoops it was a proper blizzard. Funny how the claimed 5 scoops was just vanilla ice cream. What shocked me even more was that I later found out that Kimberly (the person I dealt with) is the manager of this business. Some manager! I’ll be going to the ice cream stand next time I have an ice cream craving…

  Purchase a Valentine's Day chocolate fudge mini ice cream cake and was very disappointed to find out there was very little fudge. For the price of $30 we expected much much more
