  We had Natalie, she was absolutely fantastic. Food was fast and hot, and absolutely delicious! We keep returning just because of her, she is so personable, and relatable, she always remembers everything, and always tries to remember us. If you come to this location, ASK FOR HER. She will make your experience, exceptional!!!

  Katelyn is amazing ! We had such a great experience thanks to our server! She was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout the entire meal. She kept checking on us to make sure everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. Her positive attitude and excellent service truly made our visit special. Easily one of the best servers we’ve ever had. Thank you for making our dining experience so enjoyable. we’ll definitely be coming back !

  I wanted to give some feedback from my experience yesterday at the Keswick Swiss Chalet and Harvey's. I came in with my kids and it was really busy. The staff was very friendly and prompt to help. The manager Alex was there working along with his team and despite how busy it was he kept everything running smoothly and cheering up his team and at the same time helping everyone at once. He was great with the kids and gave them toys that they haven't stopped playing with them since yesterday. Food was nice and hot and tasted amazing. My kids wanted to see the robot from the Swiss Chalet side and Alex took his time to take them to see Lucy the Robot. Overall, 10/10 Thank you Alex and team! See you soon! Sam.

  I ordered the chicken and ribs, it definitely wasn’t worth the money. The chicken portions were tiny, but the taste was decent. Unfortunately, the ribs were horrible, barely any meat on them and extremely dry. Not sure if this was just a one-off experience, but I was pretty disappointed overall.

  Food is good. Issue is the delays for picking up an online order. We ordered at 4:41pm. Got the email confirmation saying it would be ready at 4:56 pm, in 15 mins. Showed up right at 4:56pm. Had to wait until 5:22 pm for the food to be ready and only after I expressed concern with the delays to store manager. If food will be ready 41 mins after ordering, that is fine, just don’t tell customers food will be ready at a certain time and then make them wait almost a half hour more. Really frustrating. There were also other customers who were frustrated waiting.
