  They continue to skimp on the ingredients. I asked for double corn as I only had 3 toppings so far (and it says you can have six) and she charged me an extra 0.25. I have done this many times without issue before as I am not over the allotted “free” toppings. When I complained and asked about it, she could not explain why it was an up charge and refused to take it off. Also they never have the grilled veggies ready and if you wait for them they are undercooked. Super disappointing as Mucho used to be one of my favourite takeout places. Definitely will not be going back.

  Yesterday and today are the grand reopening with the new owners for this location. They had draws for prizes to be won and invited the local radio station. (smart play) They also had a $7.99 small burrito deal, which is what got me into the store. I ordered two regular beef burritos for my son and husband. (it was an extra $2). The lady cooked the vegetables right in front of me, so they were very fresh. The beef looked very tender in a sauce. I was gonna order them chicken, but when I saw it, I thought it was tender looking and they would enjoy that more. The rest of the toppings were plentiful, it ended up being quite a big burrito. The staff even brought me nachos with some salsa while I waited - what a great start to a new business for the owners, I will return.

  I walked over here on my lunch break which took 10 minutes. Got inside and was waiting behind someone ordering, and there was another lady and kid over on the other side sitting. Once it was my turn in line the lady walked in front of me and the employee completely allowed and acknowledged this lady as the next customer. She also was ordering 3 things. I was not waiting another 15 minutes so i just left the building, said to customers walking in they would be better off leaving, wasted 30 minutes of my break for nothing and you lost a sale. Slowest service ever and allowing customers to skip the line, even if they were inside first, they were not in line. Only had 15 minutes left after this to eat something else. Will NEVER come here again or place a delivery order, and that includes all locations. You just lost a very long time customer for this company.
