  If I could give a 0 star I would. The restaurant is dirty, the food tasted like burnt/old oil, staff used their hands to put the food on the grill and it was the worst customer service I have experienced in years. I felt bad for the employee as who I believed to be the boss/owner seems very aggressive and ignorant. The entire experience was awful and I will never return.

  The place was gross: crumbs and ice cream everywhere. And the employees, instead of cleaning, are just hanging out in the back. When we walked it there was nobody at the front to take the orders, and when 2 employees finally came - they couldn’t wait to turn away from us. They were barely talking and when they were - they were lowkey rude and impatient. Girls were just chatting with each other and listening to music in their headphones not paying attention to us. Also I thought the whole point of Dairy Queen was that you are able to put your ice cream cone upside down and it won’t fall. Wouldn’t be able to do it with my ice cream: as soon as we left the building the ice cream started melting and dripping. Will never come again

  My family and I decided to visit DQ Keswick and dine-in last week. After ordering, I changed my mind I to take-out instead since the atmosphere isn't the greatest, just didn't feel comfortable. Cleaniness needs to improve along with the worker who used her bare hands to pick up the fries into the deep fryer tray for the previous customer. Food handling training must be done immediately along with Town inspection. Also, she was working alone with 5 order pile up, she seemed irritated.

  This location is one of the worst. Not clean at all—tables were dirty, the floors looked like they hadn’t been properly maintained, fruit flies everywhere and the overall atmosphere felt neglected. On top of that, the employees come across as rude and completely uninterested. I’ve been here a couple times and every time there’s no greetings, no smiles—just a very cold and unwelcoming vibe. They always look miserable, which makes the whole experience uncomfortable.

  Its such a shame that this DQ location is this much of a disgrace to be honest.. I recently moved here and not far from this place and would be a frequent customer along with ky family. Between all these reviews and pictures I wont be coming there unless it is renovated, hires new staff and whoever is running this place finds a job elsewhere. When operating a restaurant it starts from the top, owner and management period. I feel this would be an amazing location especially in the summer since it is the only one around and of course all the visitors coming to lake! Let's fix this location and make DQ an option for all us icecream fans!! Heck, ill run this place if you give me the franchise for free, and a new renovated restaurant!!! I will make this place a beautiful, clean and friendly place to visit and of course make sure food is edible and cleanliness is top priority!!! Haha sorry but it sucks i cant enjoy a good DQ treat knce and awhile.. but if nothing changes this place will be shut down and a competitor will take your place!!!
