  My meal made me sick and I ended up in the hospital and they are denying a refund. I didn't eat anything else the day I ordered KFC so I know for a fact it was the KFC. The person I talked to called me a liar after i stated KFC was the only thing I had eaten on the 18th when I ordered it, he then said he served more people than just me that day and that they wouldn't do anything. When I called back to ask for his name saying I'd report to health and safety he said go ahead they were here last week and stated I'm not the only one to report the store.

  KFC is my favorite fast food restaurant so I have been to these all over North America. This has to be my worst meal experience ever at a KFC. I am from the states so realize there are usually regional differences but wasn’t sure exactly what that would mean. I ordered 3 pieces of chicken. I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a meal. I decided that would be good since I was on a very long road trip and healthier additions might be good for me. I was given a cup for a drink and that was it. I asked if the upgrade included a choice of sides and was told no. The upgrade meant I would get fries and a drink. I asked if there was mashed potatoes, green beans, corn, cole slaw or any other sides that I am familiar with and was just told no. I asked for a mix of extra crispy and original chicken and got a blank stare. My bill came to something along the lines of $13.57. I had a $50 and only wanted bills for change so gave $53.57 so I would get $40 back. The gal had no idea what to do. She then got another gal from the back and now the two of them conversed and told me I owed them another few dollars and some change. I tried explaining what I was doing but that was beyond what they could comprehend. I then said just give me change for the $50. They managed to do that correctly. I got my to go order and left the restaurant. I was shocked at the chicken received. It was literally the worst chicken I had ever tried. I couldn’t tell if what I got was extra crispy or original. It was greasy and burned. I got one skinny dried out breast, the outer end of a wing, and a rib cage! There was literally no meat on the last 2 mentioned pieces. Just wow!

  Whoever is washing dishes needs to be fired, I found multiple pieces of wire in multiple meals, why are you guys using wire dish brushes so long they are busting into pieces? Shut down this stupid KFC honestly, we need a better option anyways.

  They don't have the plant based sandwich. Super frustrating to wait in line to find out a standard menu item isn't carried.
