  So I went today to buy some chicken and they had none. They told me we are going to close and to go away.

  Ordered the $30.00 family meal deal via the order machine. I waited 15 minutes then the young fellow at the counter told me it would be another 15+ minutes as there was no chicken. 1 lady already waiting 20 minutes before me and did mobile order, three men came in and ordered chicken strip dinners and were told 20 minutes as no chicken stripe. I told the young man at the counter I could not wait so I wanted a refund. He went to get the manager, who was the person responsible for there not being any chicken. The manager came out and I told him I wanted a refund. He told me I would have to give him my bank card number and I would get a refund in 15+ days. I told him I was not giving anyone my bank card number. I told him to give me a refund on my bank card through the debit machine like any other business does. He told me that he could not and would not give me a refund. I asked for his boss, to which he told me he was the manager and he didn't have anyone higher. I told him if I did not get my money back I would call the police. He told me to he would call someone and left. After 20 minutes he came back and said his regional manager said to get my bank card number for refund, again I refused. He then went into the back. No orders were filled even though it was now 30 minutes later. The manager again came out to get a refund off of debit machine from order kiosk. It didn't work. He left again and came back 15 minutes later speaking Arabic to someone on the phone. He was talked through how to give me a refund off of register debit machine. Three men waiting for orders finally got their orders when I got my refund and lady who had mobile order finally got hers. Three people brought back coleslaw as it tasted really bad, no refund just gave them another one. Don't go here. Manager doesn't know what he's doing. Bad food and chicken pieces cut into smaller pieces.

  2 people working at dinner on a Friday afternoon is completely ridiculous. It’s supposed to be fast food but we waited 25 minutes before asking how much longer it would take and was told we’d have to wait another 20 minutes before we’d get our order. The manager was certainly overworked and the ownership needs to do better there but she gave me attitude for needing a refund and being unhappy with the wait time. If you’re backed up that far, let customers know that there is a 45 minute wait time for your food. Again, it’s supposed to be fast food. The cashier was really great. The owners should be ashamed with how they’re operating this location. Hire more staff or get in there yourself. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

  Amazing experience The store is always clean organized and welcoming also the manager and team provide excellent customer service and make every visit smooth and enjoyable You can really see the effort put into maintaining high standards and creating a great atmosphere for customers Very professional staff fast service and a friendly environment Highly recommend this place
