  I arrived to the drive through and ordered a boneless bundle. The man said they have only 4 chicken tenders left and that they can’t make more. So I asked if I could get the boneless bundle at a discounted price since im getting less food than I order. He yelled “NO” at me and began speaking down to me, awful customer service. Finally I ordered the boneless bundle but I had to individually order each item since he couldn’t justify letting me order the bundle. To top it all off, they didnt give me any of the sauce that I asked for. And I ordered and paid for a large popcorn chicken, but got a medium. Food was delicious as it usually is, but that was a disappointing and frustrating encounter.

  The food was mediocre at best, my sandwich had to much sauce, my food was warm, my son's food was hot. The wait time was far longer than other fast food restaurants.

  I had a wonderful experience at this KFC. The person who served us was extremely friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Their excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable and helped us have a great time. The food was fresh and delicious, the service was quick, and the restaurant was very clean. We truly appreciated the kindness and positive attitude, and we will definitely come back!

  I had a great experience at this KFC. The service was very fast, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and my order was prepared perfectly. The restaurant was also very clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even better. I would definitely come back and recommend this location to others!

  Drove out from Winchester. Staff was great. Positive and kind. Food was great had some fresh fries. Sad to see all the side salads gone.
