Visited few KFCs in various places. But nothing compare to this location. We were pleasantly surprised how the food wasn’t cold and greasy. Everything was lovely and hot. Very good service and value bucket with some add ons. The staff like Hanna and Ben who served us was very helpful. In fact, we left there with a huge smile on our faces because of their hospitality and friendliness. This location is definitely a highly recommended. Great to pop in for a quick meal when I'm passing. I always sit in rather than takeout and I find the place to be well laid out and also very clean. Would love to come back again!

I had avoided the location for a while because of substandard food when I first arrived in Kapuskasing. But having returned recently, I find the food and service to have improved significantly in quality. I like that the chicken is crispier and fresher, and it isn't nearly as undercooked or greasy as it used to be. I have been back a few times to try out different items on the menu, ans I have yet to be disappointed. I would certainly adore spicier recipes, but that's a personal preference I cannot blame the restaurant for. All in all, one of the better options in town now. Especially compared to the Tim's.
