- JJJohn JacobOct 13, 20262.0Very disappointing experience. I ordered the Tom Yum Chicken Soup, but it was definitely not worth the money. The soup had only two tiny pieces of chicken and a few noodles, with what tasted like diluted tomato soup rather than authentic Tom Yum soup. The flavour and quality were nowhere near what I expected. Definitely not recommended.
- LDLazy DaysSep 27, 20261.0The cost cutting was obvious throughout my visit. The lights were off, making the restaurant very dark. My dish had just 3 thin pieces of meat, you'll be paying almost entirely for noodles. Very disappointing. I’ll be filing a formal complaint with Thai Express corporate.
- SKshireen kotbJun 25, 20261.0This was the worst experience i have ever had, i was in today at around 7:15, not only did i wait for ten mins for him to realize i was in the store because he was outside in the back, i proceeded to order my food with rice noodles, was given the wrong order with rice and then went back in to tell him and he was trying to convince me i never said noodles and he made me pay extra for the noodles. His service was terrible and he was extremely rude will never be back to this location specifically because of him. would not recommend at all.
- RMRaga MuffinFeb 3, 20242.0This location in particular sucks .. they somehow mess up the taste and are inconsistent in flavour as well. Service is good but that doesn’t make up for the aweful quality
