  I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I had to repeat my order 8 times - a simple order of a combo #6. They messed up my order twice and I had to go back in multiple times to have it corrected. By the third time I noticed they had overcharged me. When I went back in the manager tried to explain that it was normal for them to upcharge for chicken substitutions. I NEVER ASKED FOR CHICKEN. When I explained that I simply asked for a regular combo (beef) with no substitutions - he then tried to tell me that the beef requires an upcharge as well??? What?? What else are you going to put in my taco??? What does the combo come with??? Long story short - I will never go back. They were argumentative and rude when dealing with the issue from the get go.

  Been coming here for a few years now and the service is just getting worse and worse… I now have to repeat myself at least 6 times in the drive through because no one there understands English anymore! And when u get to the window they ask again what I order so I confirm for the 7th time and yet they still get the order completely wrong. Even better I check the receipt they try to overcharge you for stuff you didn’t even order. So long story short if you go be ready to be stolen from and still get your order wrong then when u confront them they will give u zero good customer service and they argue about your own meal that you placed 10 times. If you go I recommend you video the entire order before placing it so they can’t try to steal from you… terrible service

  I dropped by this location on Friday afternoon, little bit hungry thought I would have some double stacked tacos. The guy at the counter (Joseph) took my order. He is the kind of person that you want at the front counter, great personality, just a nice guy to talk to and deal with!! The food here is always really good as is the service. Whenever I feel a little bit peckish this is where I’m gonna head from now on. Thanks Joseph for the amazing service!

  Finest location because of the finest people working out there, they made experience too good. Nikhil Sharma is the reason I keep coming back to Taco Bell! The tacos and burritos he make are absolutely amazing, and the drive-thru experience is smooth and genuinely enjoyable honestly the best drive-thru experience I’ve had. He’s calm, patient, always willing to accommodate special requests, and makes us feel truly valued. That kind of service is rare! Highly recommended ask for Nikhil, you won’t regret it! 🌮
