  That was a little cold.But the atmosphere was okay, waitress was good.She gave us time to visit because we hadn't seen each other.So we took up a good three hours of the restaurant.We appreciated not being rushed.

  Craving met with Disappointment. My family and I hadn't had Swiss Chalet in a long time and ordered the deluxe family PAK, which includes 12oz of chalet sauce. Uber Eats picked it up, which raised the cost to $70. When we served up the food we noticed that Swiss Chalet had forgotten to include the chalet sauce. I called Swiss Chalet repeatedly, but although they were open they didn't answer the phone. I reported the missing item on Uber Eats and received a $2 credit on my next order. To add insult to injury, the chicken, which we managed to choke down, was the driest Swiss Chalet I've ever had. The $70 dollars was wasted because we were looking forward to enjoying this family feast with the chalet sauce, but the accountability for the error only extends as far as the $2 sauce. A $2 credit totally misses the point. I want Swiss Chalet to provide my family with the same meal, with the chalet sauce so we can enjoy it as intended. We've paid our $70. We don't just want to be given a tub of sauce after the fact to make up for it.

  We went to Swiss Chalet today (May 11) and the service was not acceptable. The server brought our food about 30 minutes after ordering with people around us getting food in under 10 minutes from ordering. Then despite catching her eye twice she ignored us, didn't ask how the food was, and didn't clear the table even though she brought food to tables on both sides of us. We had to go to the hostess to ask about the bill and she wanted us to sit down. Even after asking for the bill, she took her time and finally we just left cash - we certainly wouldn't have tipped but didn't want to wait any longer. Food was excellent but I won't go back to this location.

  We had the best hostess. She made our experience wonderful. She even spent the extra few minutes with the children getting their orders. Made them feel like grown ups. Even brought them a few toys to the table while they waited for their supper to arrive. Keep the up great work Marnie. It was a pleasure. Happy Mother’s Day!! 💐

  I hadnt been to Swiss Chalet in years. I stopped going because their chicken was horrible. Very dry. Probably reheated all day. But I saw their "2 Can Dine" event recently so I decided to try them again. Big mistake One of my quarter dinners had the drumstick and then just scraps. It wasnt a quarter, thats for sure. I felt ripped off I got a salad for one of them. 3 slices of cucumber and 1/8 tomato with a tiny bit of carrot. This was another total rip off. Even at $19.99 its still way over priced. I can get 2 full chickens at costco for that price with some change back. Never going back.
