- DWDaniel W1 day ago5.0Great experience, it's a typical swiss chalet with an nice inviting atmosphere. Seemed like a regular lunch hour rush but the service was very quick. The server was fantastic with the kids and we were never left waiting for the server to come back for drink refills. All in all a great place for a meal.
- JJJBRTSMSep 26, 20261.0Pretty disappointing experience tonight, especially since this is now the third time we’ve had an issue like this with an order from this location. I ordered three meals through the drive-thru. There was only one vehicle ahead of us, but we still waited about 20 minutes before getting our order. We asked for a large sauce and three drinks, and I also left a 15% tip with the order. When we got home, there was no large sauce and two of the three drinks were missing. Mistakes happen, and if this was the first time I probably wouldn’t think much of it. But this is the third time we’ve gotten home and found items missing from our order. I tried calling the restaurant several times between about 8:05 and 8:30 tonight so I could simply sort it out, but nobody answered. If someone had just answered the phone and dealt with the issue, I probably wouldn’t even be writing this review. What makes it worse is that I checked the other reviews afterwards and saw another customer had posted a very similar experience only about two hours before ours. They also mentioned trying to call and not being able to get anyone to answer. So this clearly wasn’t just something that happened to us once tonight. After waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru, tipping 15%, and then getting home to find part of the order missing again, it’s frustrating. I have my receipt as proof of purchase. I’m not looking to make a big deal over a couple of drinks and sauce, but after this happening three times, and seeing another customer report almost the same issue just a couple of hours earlier, it starts to look like there’s an ongoing problem with orders being checked before they’re handed out. And when something does go wrong, answering the phone would at least give customers a chance to resolve it directly with the restaurant.

The staff refused to provide a timeline and did not apologize. How about the restaurant not take online orders if the kitchen can't handle it. Will not order from here again. Families with young kids should not order from here.

I was missing items from my delivery order, one of which a dessert for a kids meal and customer service is unable to help me. I don't want a credit, I want what I paid for. They also tried the call your restaurant and no answer. 64.00 for an adult meal and a child's meal and missing key components. It's not even the missing items directly, I understand mistake, but how do you run a business and not pick the phone up.
- JPJared PotvinSep 22, 20261.0Despite it taking longer than 20 minutes in the drive thru for a chicken club wrap and kids meal chicken tenders when no one was in front of me in the drive thru, they still managed to give me old stale fries and forgot the kids meal dipping sauce. First they gave me a the wrong order but realized when I asked about it. The old stale fries were disgusting and shouldn't have been served. Asking for a tip at a drive thru is also outlandish and a poor business practice. They also don't answer their phone when you call.
