The ingredients were the most minimal ingredients that I have ever experienced. We ordered cheeses and extra cheeses, additional sauces and the were not included. We even received a complete different sub. Tuna instead of ham. One ingredient per side is not acceptable. No extras that we ordered were included. I can't tell you my disappointment and we did not have time to return it as we had plans and that was supposed to be our dinner. Instead, we had to go out on our way and order decent food. We spoke with the.manager over the phone and he passed us to a new employee to deal with the issue. Completely unprofessional and condescending with zero resolution or apology. The location was 300 earl gey drive, unit 14, Kanata Ontario. Also, if you contact subway about anything they give you, AI will only provide their choice of questions.. only their choice of selections. Hire some actual people Subway Ridiculous.
