  We eat here all the time, food is fresh, consistent and portions are very good. on our last visit we ordered the 2 can dine (Tuesday) special, and they said sure, but at checkout we were told it didn't apply to in person orders. while very disappointing, still not too upsetting since I still see this place as good value for my money. It doesn't make sense that I can't get this in person though.

  I went in around 9PM and there were 2 staff working. They were kind, polite and hardworking. Other customers who had ordered massive orders back to back were rude and impatient with them on getting their food. While I understand wanting your food the workers were very clearly working their hardest while maintaining level headed and potentially understaffed. I just wanted to highlight that and the food was great too. Hope we can be more understanding as people in the future. Grateful for these workers!

  This is one of the best places to get a burrito and other Mexican cuisine in the Ottawa region. Have been visiting weekly for the past few years for lunch, also close acquaintances with the former mayor of this location on Foursquare. The staff is super friendly and knows how to prepare some of the best burritos you will ever enjoy. Compared to other options for Mexican food in the area, they stand far ahead of the rest. The food is always fresh and having generous portions. While it is served very quickly, I wouldn’t consider this fast food. They also cater large events and have drive thru available if you don’t feel like heading inside. With many options in Kanata to grab lunch, dinner or a snack, this will always remain my favourite. Try for yourself, you will not be dissatisfied. Thank you to all the Mucho staff over the years, you are the reason we return ◡̈

  Had a really good experience at Mucho Burrito. The food was fresh, portions were generous, and everything tasted great. The staff were friendly and moved quickly even when it was busy. The place was also clean and had a nice atmosphere. Definitely one of the better spots in Kanata for a quick burrito or bowl. Will be coming back again.

  Employees just don't care. No customer service at all. Food used to be better. Won't be back. 0 stars. Supposed to be by one get half off and because I got a small and a regular she wouldn't do the deal... Just a terrible experience.
