I politely asked for fresh McChickens and even offered to wait 10+ minutes and drive back through the line so the staff wouldn't have to walk out in the rain to serve me. Despite my patience and consideration for the workers, they simply set my original bag aside and handed the same cold sandwiches back to me after 10 minutes. I didn't realize until I got home that the food was inedible. Thankfully, the manager was professional and offered a refund when I called, but it was a total waste of time and gas. If you can’t fulfill a request for fresh food, just be honest with the customer.
