  The start the service was good and kept drinks filled. The appies were good, no issues and checked our food. The mains though…the fries were mot fully cooked and cold. My wife had the chicken parm, the spaghetti was good, but the parm was burnt completely and un edible. We could have communicated this if the srver ever checked on the meal. I did discuss and show the server as i was paying and wanted to get the Manager and offer a discount but all i wanted to do is leave and at least let the kitchen know

  Carmen provided amazing service from start to finish. She was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and comfortable. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in what she does. The food was also incredible everything came out fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Between the great atmosphere, delicious food, and Carmen’s outstanding service, this was easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had.

  We’ve been ordering from this location for years and have generally been fans, especially of the burgers. However, we’ve been increasingly disappointed with the lack of consistency and attention to detail, particularly with takeout orders. Almost every time we’ve ordered burgers for takeout, something has been incorrect. Most recently (tonight), my chicken was unfortunately undercooked and had an extremely rubbery texture. I only managed to eat about half before realizing. It was quite concerning, as undercooked chicken is unsafe, and I’m hoping I don’t experience any illness as a result. We’ve also had previous issues where food has arrived either undercooked, overcooked, or even cold. Because of these ongoing inconsistencies, we don’t feel comfortable ordering again for the time being unless there is clear improvement in food quality and overall attention to detail.

  Rhianna was great! Please don't let the rest of this review reflect her service. She was fantastic, however, place is pretty filthy. Especially the walls in the booths. Doubt they have been cleaned ever. Actually, I question the last time anything aside from the utensils and dishware were cleaned. Actually, not sure about those either. Overall service was great and food was solid.

  I really enjoyed the food, the quality was amazing! The service was very friendly and I would like to give a special thanks to Carmen, she was very professional and very kind and took care of us well. Will definitely return!
