Young blonde girl at the drive through made every single cars order (cue of about 12 cars) as they ordered and handed several vehicles disgusting, melted, dripping cones and blizzards. Everyone was yelling and demanding to have their cones and ice creams remade and she refused, and said they were too busy and that everyone should accept the soup they were being served. Absolutely unacceptable and unsanitary!!!! Train your staff on making the orders one vehicle ahead so they don’t waste everyone’s time like this. We are paying for ice cream, not melted soup!!!

I been visiting this restaurant long time probably the day stated till now but it’s time to avoid going there any more as this female server’s rude service,

However, for what we paid — $41 total — the quality was really disappointing. Both my husband and I ordered poutines, and they barely had any gravy. For $6.99 each, you’d expect them to be properly made. On top of that, I was asked what dipping sauce I wanted for my chicken strips, but when I got home, there was no sauce included at all. Overall, it felt like we paid a lot for food that was rushed and incomplete. Pretty frustrating experience. 🤦♀️
