  I came in yesterday for a nice refreshing treat, which was satisfactory, but the employee with the red hair, Kaitlyn I believe, was very unbothered by my presence when she served me. She was very rude and overall unprofessional. Usually this type of thing does not bother me from employees in the service industry as I understand how difficult and exhausting the job can be at times, but what bothered me the most was the way she was talking to her coworkers out in the open. Not only was she rude to me, but she was cursing at her colleagues for no apparent reason. If there was a reason, disciplining employees in front of customers is completely uncalled for, especially in such a manner. She exhibited overly forceful and inappropriate language/body language. Overall, the food was as average as any fast food place on a given day, but some of the employees at this location appear to be in need of extra training and de-escalation techniques.

  I spend $42.99 on one of your blizzard BIRTHDAY cakes at your location and the cashier tells me that she's too busy to take an extra 2 minutes to write a happy birthday message on it for my daughter. Absolutely ridiculous after spending that kind of money. Quite frankly, I really don't care how busy you were; it would have literally taken you an extra 2 minutes and I ended up having to write a message myself when I got back home. Totally unacceptable. They didn't tell the customer in front of me that they were too busy to make his 4 blizzards when he put his order in. Will not be back.

  Very rude front staff, and very unprofessional. You can tell they get away with it all the time which reflects on the management.

  I had an issue with an ice cream cake I bought for my daughter's birthday. I tried calling 5 times and the first 4 times someone picked up and immediately hung up. The 5th time I was met with a rude and dismissive staff member. Always nice when your daughter ends up crying on her birthday. Thanks DQ. Will absolutely not be coming back here.
