  Took a long time for a sandwich I couldnt eat or return. (I was given a sandwich that was handled by another customer and the cashier so I just didnt eat it because the restaurant lied and it was too awkward for a $3 sandwich) Today was kinda awkward, honestly. A gentleman in front of me got his food first and received a partially wrong order. He opened up the sandwich to show the cashier that it wasn't fish, but chicken. The cashier read the writing on the sandwich wrapper but then also unwrapped and opened the top bun, lifting and briefly inspecting the sandwich without gloves and right after handling cash even. I though to myself "how crazy would it be if she just slaps it right back under the heat". Sure enough, she carefully re-wrapped the sandwich and put it back on the prep area. I didnt take my eyes of the sandwich. A minute later it was placed into a bag and handed to me. I dont mind waiting longer. I said to her "im so sorry I wont want to be a prude, but Im afraid that the sandwich was handled without gloves. Is there any way you could remake it"? But she assured me that she didnt give me the ones she handled. However, I saw the order number written on the wrapper (same as the one I have now) as she was inspecting them, and I saw that same sandwich taken from the prep and placed into my bag.

  Went to try the new updated whopper and onion rings. The burger was good but the rings were horrible! Way too overdone and more batter than onion and too small. Very disappointed.

  Love the newly wrapped and boxed burgers, new fries and rings were good as well. Service was a bit slow, waited 10-20 minutes and we were the only dine in customers. We had to ask for our cups and were missing a burger. Could be because someone was new.

  It’s like roulette. Have a good experience then terrible food the next two times. After trying the new improved whopper it was amazing. Asked for fresh and hot and it was still very warm when we got It home. It was so good we returned today in between after school swimming and the next sport We picked up a needed bite around 3:30pm so It wasn’t busy. We were only car. I repeated the code 3x for coupon and then after I closed it he said he needed it again. It was gone and couldn’t Access it again creating a lengthy issue to rectify. Suddenly there was a bunch of cars behind us mow. I asked for hot fresh food ( sad we need to request this or we get stuck with cold old fries etc) I digress. He said sure but asked me to pull around they’ll bring it out . Felt like we were waiting a long time given the inside was dead. Finally after what felt triple the length of time for Fresh fries he came out I thanked him and we were on our way. We are 6 mins from there to home. Arrived home, and I was FURIOUS I needed to reheat COLD fries in the air fryer. And then , the whopper I had enjoyed so much the first time was terrible. UNACCEPTABLE to pay nearly $15 for a mediu meal to get served cold , Slapped together food with tomatoes fit only for farm animals . Lettuce was also inedible and had no trace of green , it was as if they hacked up the rind of the lettuce and threw it on. The staff weren’t familiar so I don’t know what to say but for the price it’s not a gamble I’ll take a j hopes of getting what’s advertised. Such a huge feat apparently to get a restaurant to serve you hot food with care to what they’re putting out .
