Ordered triple cheese blt melt and it had one slice of cheddar cheese on it .. went inside to ask why and they couldn’t give me an answer..and I waited 8 min before being noticed. When ordering in drive thru the lady asked me 3 times what my drink was, then handed me the drink and straw separately like l was gonna grab it with both hands.. And I couldn’t replace curly fries with mozzarella sticks ..

Had an amazing experience at Arby’s today! I ordered the Crispy Chicken Meal, and the chicken was incredibly fresh, crispy, and delicious. The curly fries were absolutely the best, and the chocolate shake was AMAZING! A special thank you to Shivani for recommending the chocolate shake—it was honestly one of the best shakes I’ve ever had! She was so friendly and helpful, and the entire staff was welcoming and kind. The restaurant was also very clean and well maintained, which made the whole experience even better. Thank you, Arby’s, for serving such delicious food and providing such great service. Definitely one of the best places in town! I’ll be coming back again for sure.
