Woman made us use the order kiosk and refused to take our order verbally in person. These Tim Hortons/ subway order kiosks are glitchy and freeze up. Much faster to talk to a human and submit your order.

To those 2 Indian girls, around 9:55 pm ,Yesterday, I stopped at this Onroute Subway during a long drive from Ottawa to Windsor. I only had about a 5-minute break, so I quickly ordered a Veggie Delite sandwich.
Intensionally , the sandwich I received was basically just herb & cheese bread with shredded lettuce and sauce. There were no veggie Pattie and it felt like the order was rushed because the staff wanted to close soon. If the store was about to close, I would have appreciated being told beforehand instead of paying for something incomplete.
I’m still giving 2 stars because at least the staff r served something, but I hope future customers receive better service and properly prepared food.

Ever since they started this kiosk service. The service is so so so slow. Only one person working.

Not a great experience. No one greets you. They have a dual ordering system of a kiosk or a counter with zero priority based on time. Staff were not overly busy but barely spoke with you. Quality of food was pretty good but no one cares about you visiting them.

Didn’t think you could have a bad experience at a subway but we did. We put in a simple order of 2- 6 inch subs, no modifications or anything. It took a good 10 minutes just to get the order inputted, and then the person said that she was just gonna charge extra because she couldn’t find the button for the 6 inch cold cut. When I declined to pay extra for the sandwich, she went to the back for a few minutes and came back and said that her supervisor was coming out to fix it. It took another 4 or 5 minutes and they still had not come out, so we asked her to go get the supervisor as we were in a little bit of a rush.. The most disappointing part was when the supervisor finally came out she was texting on her phone and looked completely disinterested and bothered that she had to address their own issue that caused us to wait 10 minutes to even get an order in. Instead of acknowledging or apologizing for the weight in anyway, she just frustratingly, said that their system changed. The staff actually making the sandwiches were completely pleasant and nice. The lackadaisical supervisor leaving her employees out to dry was clearly the problem. somebody in front of us seemingly had a similar issue which we overheard.
