  Always slow. Never given food through the window. Always asked to pull around “to keep service speed numbers low”. Customers/guests are not the priority.

  7 1-2 minutes for a coffee? Poor service for a fast food outlet,just serving a coffee. And theee was no line up !!!!!

  Waited more than enough time for a fast food chain like McDonald's to receive any sort of food. Still had to pull around to the front in the waiting parking lot. Asked if it was hot. They said it should be it was sitting underneath the heat lamp. Lol. Also, whoever designed this location, especially the drive-thru must have been new at designing and should be fired immediately. I have a hard time pulling into the drive-thru from the one side of the entrance of the parking lot.. pretty much just as bad as the design of Burger Kings drive through in Ingersoll lol

  I HATE having to go and park when going through the drive through. Its all about satisfying the drive through clock which is total nonsense. Four cars are parked waiting for orders. Why even let more cars make more orders? Get your stuff together and serve people properly instead of worrying about your vanity metrics.

  Two kitchen staff working today and 1 janitor. Alarms going off in the kitchen the whole time I was there . I get it McDonald's your trying to save costs by having less staff but the 2 staff were on the verge of tears were both running around the kitchen trying to make orders happen as fast as they could . I was going to order a meal but after waiting 15 min to place my order and having to get back to work I decided on a large iced coffee with half a cream no sugar....( maybe im ordering this wrong I really just want like a splash of cream but figure half is less then 1 cream .. yet in the 10 times ive order half I get literally half of my cup filled with cream.. oh and sugar so also had to give 1$ worth of insulin to satisfy my lack of pancreas ) I dont want that and didnt want to stress out staff more so ill enjoy it and find peace in knowing its a sunny day and it only took 25 minutes from walking in to walking out to enjoy this little pleasure. TIP for next time go thru drive thru get your order then come in and sit down if you need a break. They have timers on drive thru orders and prioritize them over walk in orders. Please owner hire more staff its a beautiful new place to stop. Service though is not to McDonald's standards. ( as far as I can tell from visiting other locations in the province). If your working here and should you have the misfortune of slipping or injuring yourself trying to keep things moving please ( which i really hope doesnt happen) but make a claim to WSIB and dont shrug it off everyone deserves a safe working environment.
