  Portions much bigger than expected, very attentive service- the lady even came to our table to ask if everything was ok. They were also very sweet to kids and the place seemed super clean compared to most fast food restaurants.

  Environment was clean and prepared with all necessary essentials. The cashier charged the special of the day as individual items (Sunday = Pad Thai with Imperial roll). When brought up to management to make an adjustment, they asked if we had specifically asked for the special of the day, and if I had not, the cashier would not have known to punch it in as the special since their cashiers do not know the daily specials. This is an unacceptable response as the cashier must know their daily specials in order to properly assist customers, especially new customers such as our family. The management continued to blame us as the customers for not asking for the special and that it would be “too difficult” to make an adjustment after the fact. Finally at the end they offered to give us an imperial roll instead of the refund, we declined and will not return to this location. This franchise needs additional training for their front staff, and management needs to be more comfortable in the adjustment/refund process due to employee error. Attached is a review left 5 months ago that cashiers need to be vigilant of daily specials and the owners response to internally improve the process.

  Preface: I never rate restaurants - but want to warn others against this place, as it's dangerously unhygienic! Not only was the order not filled correctly (- i clearly ordered a "vegetable stir fry on thick noodles" & then paid extra to "add" tofu - But received a boxmeal 4/5 packed full of dry white rice, covered with some slimy tofu and a few grated carrots! It was disgusting!) When i went back inside to return it, the "chef" was STANDING - WITH HIS SHOES ON -on the stove's stainless food prep station - cleaning the hood fan! Definitely should have taken a pic. The place was empty, and he probably didn't expect me to come back in. But, had he seen new customer coming , i'm sure he would've just jumped down & started cooking from there! The cashier (very sweet tho, name Leila) only apologized for the mistake, but did not offer to replace it with the correct meal, or refund it! I had to insist to get refunded, as there was no way i was going to touch anything else from that stove! It's no wonder the place was empty, and it should be checked by the inspectors!
