  Surprisingly great service, decent quality food, but seriously fix the parking lot and outside doors, liability hazard waiting to happen and it just looks pathetically neglected.

  My eldest son said: “mom, you have to give them 5-star reviews”! We usually come here after school. In this time frame, it doesn’t take long to get our order(s). Food is fresh, and the portions are big.

  First: the lady chomping her gum was gross. Second: waiting 20 minutes to order and 30 minutes to get a 4 piece meal and poutines. We wanted a different order but they said it was a 7 minute wait didn’t want to hold up the line but had to wait 30 minutes for gravy and chicken when the gravy was cold anyway.

  Hi KFC Canada, I'm writing to complain about a very disappointing takeout order from your Hanover, Ontario location. I paid $17.89 before tax and the quality and quantity of the food was completely unacceptable. The fries were clearly not fresh — pale, limp, and cold. The chicken was so overloaded with sauce it was completely soggy and unenjoyable. On top of that, the portion sizes were far too small for the price paid. For nearly $18 before tax, I expected a decent meal and received something I genuinely could not enjoy eating. I have photos of the order which I'm happy to share. I'd like a refund or replacement, and I think the Hanover location needs to be reviewed for both quality and portion standards. Please get back to me at your earliest convenience.
