  The service here is so slow. For 10 chicken wings i waited 20 minutes to get my order. And when the time that i asked for a follow up. The guy thats making the orders gave a mean look. Like the place is not busy at all. Workers are just slow

  I don’t usually like to leave negative reviews but we ordered delivery, chicken tenders & boneless wings were pink and fries raw. Really disappointing, & dissatisfying. I do not recommend this location.

  Pretty solid overall. I got tenders, and while they're not the best I've had they're pretty good and I'd go back if I was in the area. The mango habanero actually is properly spicy and tastes good. Service was good and reasonably fast. The interior didn't appeal to me personally, but they at least try to be different and unique so I appreciate that. Plastic cutlery and good wet wipes also didn't go unnoticed!

  This was by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Wingstop location. I placed an online order for pickup, and when I arrived, an employee asked to see my order confirmation. I showed her the order on my phone, but instead of handing me my food, she immediately became hostile and told me to leave if I was going to be “rude.” I calmly asked for my order again, and she responded by threatening to call the police. I couldn’t believe it—I was simply trying to pick up an order I had already paid for. I even asked if she was seriously willing to call the police over a pickup order instead of just giving me my food and letting me leave, but she ignored me and proceeded to make the call. Not sure why she was guarding the food like golem from lord of the rings or what her name is but it was the blonde puffer fish. The entire situation was completely unnecessary and escalated for no reason. The rest of the staff stood by and watched like Adam22 without trying to de-escalate or help. I’ve never had an experience like this at any restaurant before. Management should seriously look into how customers are being treated at this location because this level of service is pitiful.
