  Decided to check out the newly renovated Taco Bell at Upper James and Rymal. Food was good, I had one of their frozen drinks with my dinner & those delicious little cinnamon balls with the filling---i could eat nothing but those but prob better not to. Renovations look really good, dining area is brighter & feels more modern and there's lots of space. I also like that they always have free Wifi that's fast AND the new space has built in USB ports on plugs that support USB-C which totally earns them 5 stars in my opinion. Service was quick & friendly and my food was ready within a minute or two. Restaurant & washroom are accessible & plenty of space for wheelchairs, strollers etc.

  This location skimps on the meat compared to most other locations. Also if you get a side of sour cream, the cup is only half full.

  I ordered over uber eats where the current deal is on crunch wrap supremes. I believe that they are being pre-made, as I picked up my food as soon as it was ready and it was soggy. The defining factor of the crunch wrap supreme is the crunch, and what i received was a sog wrap supreme! Extremely disappointed that I did not receive any crunch.

  Liam was amazing! He took my order and recommended me all the good combos and deals. He was very polite and used his manners. The customer service is incredible. 10/10 Will come back

  I went to taco bell at 1:45 and I was kind of being a hooligan (shoutout BTS) and despite that Uzma and Mohemoud still gave me superb customer service. They got my food out in less than 6 minutes and it was nice and fresh and tasted so good. shoutout them they are the real mvps
