  I love this restaurant I’ve been going since I was a child however, there are times where I don’t feel like going out so I order it for delivery. Yes, this may be silly but every time I order, they never give me butter even though my meal comes with a bun yet they never forget when I’m actually there it would be nice not having to leave a note every time or just somebody being more attentive cause even when I do leave a note they don’t give me butter, which involves me calling the store it just starts to get annoying after awhile but regardless still love the place and will continue to order from there

  Love Swiss Chalet. I no longer live near this location and when I am in the area I have to stop in. Tried the Roast Beef for the first time and it was great. I also want to give a shout out to Maria. Always happy to have her as our server as she is so pleasant and happy.

  The food tasted good, but the size of the quarter chicken dark meat was so little that my eight year-old was still asking for food. I must say the person taking the order I think her name is Caidance was very kind and gave us great service.

  We came in on a very busy night, especially with it being the last few days of the Two Can Dine promotion. Despite how packed it was, Marissa made us feel truly valued and went above and beyond with our order. They were out of shrimp and fish due to demand, but Marissa took the time to accommodate us with popcorn shrimp instead, which we really appreciated. We also want to mention the manager, who was on his toes the entire time and added to the positive energy in the restaurant. The whole team seemed upbeat, fun, and working really well together, which made a big difference in the atmosphere. We had actually had a rough night as a family prior to arriving, and were all feeling pretty exhausted. A previous experience earlier in the evening had even led us to leave another restaurant. But once we arrived at Swiss Chalet and Marissa became our server, everything changed. Her attitude was so refreshing and genuine. She was a breath of fresh air at the end of a long day, and she completely turned our evening around. We even received an extra order of popcorn shrimp, which was such a kind surprise. We left with smiles on our faces as a family, which meant more than they probably know.

  Honestly speaking, slowest service ever. My child was having multiple meltdowns because the service was so slow. The waiter was confused about gluten free options and seemed to not know what was what. In terms of gluten free options, they had next to nothing. The “quarter chicken” was just a chicken leg… nothing more. The whole dish tasted extremely bland and underwhelming. It was difficult to finish because of how utterly boring it tasted. I’m thoroughly unimpressed.
