  Order through Subway App . The order was for delivery and when I went back into the app to check on delivery time it had changed to pick up. When I tried to connect the store through the subway app the phonenumber did not connect .I had to find the stores contact phonenumber . I call the store and said the order was for delivery and the woman I spoke to refused to refund my order. She said I most have selected pick up. I entered my address multiple times for the delivery . I am not able to pick it up thats why it was for delivery. I was told that order would not be refunded and that I could pick it up in the morning . Horrible customer service .

  Severely understaffed during peak hours. Not fair to employee working, shame on owner. Placed on order online at 12:20pm and wasn’t ready until 1:25pm.

  Wasnt able to use BOGO on the app, said there was no footlongs available at this location (12:30 pm). Asked for crispy onions, did not have any. Got the combo and was told I had to purchase a bottle because brisket was only left in the fountain machine. Came to $22 and didn’t even get what I wanted or use the BOGO foot long on the app. Disappointed. First time at that location.

  Negative star for the service. The server names ‘Kiran’ an old man was extremely rude. He seemed to be so pissed with his job. He made our sandwiches with all that negativity and sadly we couldn’t do anything about it. A simple request we made to him and he got extremely upset and started raising his voice and asked us not to see him make the sandwich but go and sit on the chair instead. Never going back to this place.
