- PSPauline SmithApr 23, 20261.0We went to subway Queenston Rd Hamilton. yesterday. we got 2 subs. The sub bun was stale. I went back in to let the counter person know. The reply was she just made the bread an hour ago. I have gone to that subway for years this is the first time we have had an issue. I felt the other bread she just made. that bread was fresh. the counter person did nothing to fix the situation. We were served day old bread. See attaached photos showing the bread crumble.
