  First time trying this place and we were very impressed! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. We’ll definitely be back again!

  Ordered catering from Mucho Burrito for Cinco de Mayo and it was awesome. The food was fresh and everyone loved it, but the service really stood out. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Definitely recommend!

  I came for dinner with my daughter tonight. I was craving a burrito and it really hit the spot. We both enjoyed our meal. My daughter had the chicken quesadilla with nachos and I got a small bean burrito with mercado loaded fries. Everything tasted fresh and very flavourful. Thank you Sharon and Manav for the friendly and quick service. The place is very clean and well maintained. The atmosphere is also very chill. I love how they had games for the customers to play. My daughter and I played a round of chess as well after we were done eating. Great service. Delicious food. Great job guys! We will be back again soon. ❤️🙏🏼🧿 Ps- I would have added photos but we were hungry and devoured it all. Oops! Hehe. 🤭

  I’ve been coming to this Mucho Burrito on Upper James for a while now, but after today, I’m seriously rethinking it. ​I stopped in for a late lunch around 3:40 PM and the experience was just frustrating from start to finish. I ordered two Taco Trios (one chicken, one beef). Looking at my receipt afterward, I realized I was charged $14.45 for a "Premium" trio and $12.45 for a "Base" one. No one explained the difference, and it felt like a hidden fee just for ordering a different meat. ​The biggest issue, though, was the "3-topping limit." The staff member told me I could only pick three toppings per taco or I’d be charged extra. Since when? I was here last week and that wasn't a rule. It’s not on your menu boards, and it’s not online. It felt like a rule they made up on the spot just to be cheap with the portions. Speaking of portions—the meat was barely there. It’s hard to justify paying $32 for 6 tacos when you can't even see the protein under the shell. ​The staff member I dealt with was pretty dismissive and made me feel like a nuisance for just wanting a standard taco. I’m all for supporting local spots, but for a $46 bill (with two beers), I expect way better transparency. ​Hopefully, management can fix these inconsistencies, because right now, it feels like this location is just trying to see how much they can get away with charging for less food.
