  I use to be a regular at this location with previous owners. Service and food were amazing. Since new owners took over everything has gone in the dumps. Customer service food quality is sub par. Today 04/28/26 at 6:30 was the final straw. The amount of times had to repeat what we wanted and still had issues. The quality was awful, lettuce was dark, and when brought it up sever just ignored it and continued. 4 subs is all that was ordered and you would have thought we ordered a dozen. Even at the end of the day they were label wrong. Which lead to the wrong sub being heated. Didn't think I would to open and see what sub was what when they were already marked.

  Ordered 3 subs on Skip the Dishes. Not 1 sub was what I ordered, right down to the breads used. What was on the subs was wilted, or close to being rotten. The amount of toppings was meager and my granddaughter couldn't even eat hers. I did get some credit back from skip but this is the worst mr sub I've ordered from. Both times the food was substandard. I gave the benefit of the doubt once but never going back! With this economy, its a treat to order out. Thanks for wrecking that experience. I cant afford it often, so when I do, I expect edible food the way I order it

  my delivery subs had none of the sauce i ordered and was missing about half the toppings. Try having a fish sandwich with no mayo. Also, the pineapple on my subs were rotten and molding. ingredients all over the place and wrapper half unwrapped in the bag. I was a regular, never ordering here again.

  Did not follow simple instructions.Ordered through Uber. Asked for Hot , toasty and grilled. Cheese wasn’t even melted, ever. I asked for Marinara and pizza sauce, was definitely skimping going on which made for a dry sub. Second time identical problem. Won’t order from this location again.
