  Total disappointment, I'm never ordering again. Lot of room for improvement. I’ve tried the subs at other Mr Sub locations, so I know how great their sandwiches usually are. Unfortunately, this specific location really missed the mark. The subs I ordered were horrible. The buns were dry and stale, and there was barely any sauce or toppings in. It felt more like a sample toppings than a sandwich. In footlong veggie sub, I checked the toppings under lettuce and they were literally nominal. It really seems like they are cutting corners on quality and portion sizes to save on costs. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on quality control, because saving a bit on ingredients right now is infact costing them customers in the long run. I won't be surprised to see this business listed for sale in few years.

  Was on the mood for Mike's subs but unfortunately they were closed. I hadn't had mr sub in years I remembered them being decent in comparison to the crap show subways been so thought Id give them a try. I wish I had read the reviews first I would have saved myself $22 for a horrible sub and a pop. Nothing about this sub was fresh. The lettuce was brown, the tomatoes were soggy, the cheese was a weird texture and the bread was dry. The sub sauce didn't even taste like sub sauce not sure what it was exactly lol super disappointed and wasted $20 on a gross sub I didn't end up finishing.

  Where do I even start? We stopped at Mr. Sub today for what we thought would be a quick, light lunch after grocery shopping. It was hot, we were tired, and we wanted to grab something fast before heading home. Unfortunately, the entire experience was disappointing from start to finish. To begin with, the service was abysmal. The two employees who served us didn’t offer so much as a greeting, a smile, or even the slightest sense that our business was appreciated. We felt more like an inconvenience than customers. I ordered a small tuna sub, and my husband ordered the Louisiana chicken. We had raised concerns about the Louisiana chicken on a previous visit and assumed the issue would have been corrected. It hadn’t. The menu describes it as “seasoned” chicken, but what arrived was nothing more than cold chunks of plain chicken, quickly microwaved and tossed on a bun. Speaking of the bun, it was badly mangled on one end — something impossible not to notice. Any attention to quality would have meant discarding it and using a fresh one. Instead, it was served as-is. As for my tuna sub, I’m honestly not sure how they managed to get that wrong. The bun was cut so poorly and so narrowly that there was barely room for any filling. The tuna itself was dry enough that if I hadn’t specifically asked for mayo on top, it would have been almost impossible to eat. What’s worse, the menu says the tuna is already mixed with mayo — that certainly wasn’t the case with mine. In the end, the service was poor, the atmosphere was non-existent, and the food was careless at best. We left wishing we had skipped Mr. Sub entirely and gone straight home instead.

  Ordered three subs. Even though I gave them written instructions the order got messed up. I understand that mistakes happen, however, when I called the store they argued with me. After a few minutes of arguing she told me to bring old one back and they would make new one. Never going back

  The workers are so kind and the food is heavenly! The quality of the ingredients are always fresh. I go here all the time during my lunch breaks because of how amazing it is! I’d definitely recommend this place over most sub shops in the area.
