  Called the store to make sure they weren't out of lettuce... because it seems they were pretty scarce with it. I guess I just won't be using this location ever again. Enjoy the review. Do better when it comes to takeout orders.

  As a Mr. Sub loyalty member, I went here to use the free small sub offer you get on your birthday. The older man with glasses acted like he had no idea what I was talking about and said I needed to place it as a mobile order. The reward clearly says that the order needs to be placed in store to get the deal. He acted like he had no idea about it. Either reay bad training or more likely just trying to be cheap and not honor the coupon. Why be part of the Mr.Sub franchise if you dont want to honor thier offers. I left and went to the location on Main st near Mac. They immediately processed the coupon with no issue. They get my 5 star review on Google and my future business. I wont be back to this location on King.

  Food was amazing. Portions were generous and bread was not stale. The service provided was a man with light hair mostly bald being extremely kind, and helpful towards us. Although he was stern, that you kind of have to be a Mr. Tough guy for everyone in a bad neighbourhood. Washroom was abysmal... No toilet paper, brown everything, dirty toilet. I only went to wash my hands, but I cannot imagine using it at all. Overall, I would eat at this place again as the owner is VERY friendly and seems he wants to keep the place in order. Nevertheless, the food id absolutely amazing; however, with how the position this restaurant is, as well as the washroom, it leaves me saddened.
