  I went to this location at about 10pm and was very disappointed with my order. I got the wrong burger, no straws, no dipping sauce on the side, and no receipt. The price was more than I anticipated, and when I questioned it I was quickly dismissed by the person working the window. When I got home and discovered the wrong burger (which explained the higher price), I was going to just eat it anyways. When I started eating it, the meat tasted off. Not sure if it was freezer burnt or sitting for far too long, but it did not taste good at all. I have been unimpressed with this location a few times now and this will be the last visit unfortunately.

  30 minutes wait for a Sundae. I stood there, no attendent to speak to. They brought food out for other people. I could hear arguing. Plus my order never showed up on the screen. I pretty sure they clear it off immediately to fudge the numbers. Do better McDonalds. Never coming here again

  Went to this McDonald's to order food manager was super rude I was having trouble with the app we ordered two double quarter pounders with cheese 2 spicy wraps fries weren't cooked they were soggy only got one of the burgers manager was super rude not happy at all will not be going back to that store

  Today my niece, sister and I came to McDonald’s and the manager let my 4 year old niece help her in the back making her happy meal! Her favourite thing in the whole world is to be a helper so she was so happy and even said she can’t wait to be a McDonald’s worker. People that work here are super nice! And the food was fresh as well! 10/10!

  With over 76,000,000+ views on my Google reviews as a Level 9 expert Google Reviewer, I always aim to give clear and honest feedback. I recently visited the new McDonald’s location and I was impressed. They seem to have everything running smoothly already. The service was fast, and accurate. My order was done exactly right, which makes a huge difference these days. My coffee was filled properly, hot, fresh, and taste the way McDonald’s coffee normally does. Finally, a location that gets it right. The food came out hot and fresh, and they didn’t forget the little things like napkins and straws. The drive thru moved quickly, the staff were friendly, and everything felt organized and efficient. For a newer location, they have really pulled it together and it shows. Keep up the great work because it definitely stood out compared to some other locations in the area. And please continue to fill those coffee cups like it needs to be. Most places are filling the cups half. I’ve read some 1 stars , and your staff not caring. Let’s hope those staff gets some proper training and address what the customers needs are. I know you care about customer service Let’s keep that up ☺️
