  Very slow at acknowledging people in store. They are all in the back doing whatever. Drive thru service isn’t much better. They don’t listen and put orders in wrong. Tea and coffee never stirred. Vanilla iced coffees without vanilla. Missing fries with orders. It’s really not that hard guys. Let’s get it together please!

  I placed order using kiosk today. Then my order popped up on the pickup screen and an employee came and removed that order from screen. I think they bumped to order to make service time which is fine with me and I don't mind waiting for my order. Problem is no one came to say that order is gonna take approx 10-12 mins as I kept standing looking at blank screen and wondering someone will come and say your order will take so and so minutes while staff continue to take walk-in orders for other people and continued to walk past me without saying anything. Store needs to work on training more. this is a new store and still reviews are this bad, that means staff must be doing something wrong.

  I would give it a zero star if I could had me sitting in my truck for 12 minutes for a coffee made me five minutes late for work and ruined my perfect record. I time my schedule to get to work perfect if they didn’t take 12 minutes to make a watery coffee I wouldn’t have been late Not eating there again

  Everything was good, the only thing they need to do is stir the coffee and tea all the sugar just sitting in the bottom of the cup

  Let me begin by saying that if I could give 0 stars I would for this location and the experience I've had today. Walked in and went to the self-ordering kiosk, placed the order and when the manger gave me the order @11 she had a very unwelcoming and rude attitude that was unprovoked.
