  I’d like to tell you about my experience but when I show up at 5am and the door is locked you take that opportunity away from me. Kind of like how you took away the opportunity for me to give you money. I guess the Hamburgler is retired now and doesn’t need the funding anymore. Even more fun is the guy inside with glasses who stared directly at me while pretending he didn’t see me at the door. It amazes me how these large, profit driven corporations turn away money by hiring “workers” who don’t seem to have the slightest clue how financing works. The same people who will cry about wanting a raise while costing their employer money…….

  Just take a look at the drive thru window...hasn't been cleaned in forever. Slimy, greasy, filthy...has probably NEVER been cleaned! Should tell you everything about the food prep area you can't see.

  My husband waited 20 minutes inside Upper James and Rymal location. All he wanted was two coffees. When he gets home my decaf wasn’t marked. I couldn’t have one! I was very disappointed. Sue Burns

  Its sad when you just go through drive thru.. wait for them to bring your order out to you, leave and realize they forgot your ice cream cone.. so you try to call them but find the lines been left off the line. So no one could call? I dunno. I was on my way home in agonizing pain from a tooth extraction to deal with a forgotten ice cream cone.

  It's McDonald's, you get what you expect. This review is for one of the ladies in the drive thru who simply put is fantastic. She's always chipper and knows what she's doing along with wishes everyone a great day. Unfortunately I don't know her name but she's genuinely a fantastic person!
