- SSSami2 days ago1.0I was very polite during my visit and even asked the person speaking to me through the microphone how he was doing, but unfortunately his tone was rude and he replied in an unfriendly way saying, “What do you want to order?” When I arrived at the window, the employee named Zina was eating while serving customers. She then told me I had to go to the door to receive my order, and I politely said, “Of course.” After that, I asked for ketchup and mayo, but her reaction was very rude. She held the ketchup in her hand and told me, “Say please.” Honestly, I was very shocked and disappointed by the way I was treated. My day was going very well before this experience, but unfortunately they completely ruined my mood. I couldn’t handle the attitude anymore, and I ended up throwing the order in the garbage because of how upset and frustrated I felt. I always try to be respectful with staff, but this experience was very unprofessional and upsetting.
