  I am very disappointed with our experience at McDonald’s. My husband and I ordered spicy chicken sandwiches, but the sandwiches had a bad smell, were not hot, and the chicken did not seem properly cooked. The amount of mayonnaise was extremely little as well. On top of that, when we received our order, the employee gave us a small drink even though we had ordered medium. I had to point it out myself, and although she changed them, there was no apology at all. This was our first visit there after coming all the way from Mississauga, and unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst experiences we’ve had. Poor customer service and disappointing food quality. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Please pay more attention to customer service and food standards.

  Told me I wasn't allowed to customize my iced coffee in any way. Would not do light cream or no sugar. Refused my wife's order entirely. Told me I couldn't modify a coffee at that location. May 14th 12pm

  Very disappointed with the service at McDonald’s today. I picked up an order and the staff member named Haley was extremely rude and unprofessional. Customer service should be respectful, especially when customers are simply picking up their food. This experience made me uncomfortable and I hope management addresses this issue to improve customer service in the future.

  Place looks decently clean for a McDonald’s. Ordered only 2 mcpops. It took them 9min to get to my order and then tell me they don’t have what I ordered. lol it was a little busy, 2 orders infront of me but they could have just cleared the easy ones. Also the girl put her entire hand in the bag to open it which feels a little gross

  I give this McDonald’s half a star for what my fries were cold and the lady was rude to me about it for two. The service is terrible there and For three I found hair on my chicken bacon ranch wrap and in the wrap when I brought it up to the manager’s attention, she was very rude about it cause I said to her I said do you guys not wear hair nuts is it not recommended because in every fast food restaurant I used to work at and go to I still see them wearing hairnets I would like the store franchisee to please call me about this and if they don’t that’s fine. The Google review is a half a star due There not standing by their customer service is always right and not hairnets. I’ve been giving me attitude about my cold fries. It was disgusting. I will not be returning and I would definitely like my money back.
