  Placed an order and they forgot some food and it was hard to get in touch with the store. However once I did the guy who answered the phone was super nice and helped me out

  My wife worked McDonalds as a manager for more than 10 years and myself as current customer, I would suggest not using this location as their management (Ryan) was not very accommodating when I had already spent nearly $10 for breakfast I requested 1 package of McChicken sauce for my Bagel BLT and was told it would be 50 cents for a single package. If the store is that concerned about a paying customer receiving 1 package of McChicken Sauce they need to start training employees to ask customers at the drive thru if you have all your required condiments if not their would be additional charges at the pick up window... Like cmon Ryan 1 package I hope you feel powerful. With any luck the money the would have lost giving me 1 package will cost them much more than the actual value of the Sauce. What a poor managerial decision. Oh well there are lots other locations I can go to instead.

  Go there for the coffee. So much better and cheaper than Tim Hortons. And the staff speak English and rarely screw up the orders. Great location.

  Went there to grab a drink. i ordered salted caramel cloud Coffee. but the foam was missing on top and the lady at the window was extremely arrogant.

  I had an outstanding experience at the McDonald’s drive-thru, and it was all thanks to an employee named Matt. From the moment I pulled up, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Even through the speaker, his positive attitude came across clearly, and he made the interaction feel personal and easy. When I got to the window, he continued to go above and beyond with his great customer service, making sure everything was right and handled quickly. It’s not often you come across someone who clearly cares about their work and the customer experience the way Matt does. Employees like him are exactly what fast food restaurants need—professional, personable, and dedicated to making customers feel valued. I hope his efforts are recognized because he truly deserves it.
