  The best KFC location in Hamilton. Always serving the freshest made chicken and sandwiches. Their food is scrumptious, and the staff is also very kind and friendly. Must visit this location once. Carrying the Colonel’s legacy with pride and respect, Keep it up Team

  We went there on Saturday night. The restaurant’s closing time was listed as 11:00 p.m., and we arrived around 10:00 p.m., so there was still an hour before closing. We wanted to order chicken drumsticks, but the female staff member told us they were already cleaning and offered us a different part of the chicken instead. We accepted that and then wanted to add one more piece, so we asked how much it would cost. At that point, she seemed unwilling to take our order, even though we had arrived well before closing time. She told us it would take 15 minutes, spoke to us in a loud and unfriendly tone, and stood with her arms crossed, which came across as rude and unprofessional. When we politely asked why she was treating us this way, she raised her voice at us instead. She then walked away and called another staff member to take our order. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing and unprofessional.
