Went there Saturday October 10...ordered 2 of the four pieces with popcorn chicken and fries using the app on my phone....the chicken was literally dripping in grease, ive never seen anything like it... couldn't even eat it, pretty much threw 30$ in the garbage....then they send an email survey on your experience...I answer all the questions...there's a part where they ask if you want someone from kfc to contact you...I say yes....crickets...no response from them whatsoever, they do not care at all about their customers....worst kfc ive ever had....and there is no such thing as customer service...this was the mohawk road location in hamilton

Honestly the only KFC in the city I would go to. I don’t know why but it just tastes better here. It feels like they don’t use as much salt. My family has gone to this location for years and we avoid the other ones.

I had stopped in a few years back just as they were opening up and had the most incredible chicken that was so hot and juicy. It was such a remarkable experience that I could never get it out of my mind. People always talk about how KFC isn't the same as it used to be. That can be true to a degree but I promise if you get your chicken fresh first thing in the day that you will NOT be disappointed. I tell you this because I recently returned and it was a carbon copy experience just as the first one. The chicken was so juicy that it ran down my chin. The fries were super hot and crispy as well. The gentleman that served me was friendly and courteous. In fact I stuck around for a minute while he was back in the kitchen and returned to the counter. I was insistent on telling him that the food was so great and that the Colonel himself would be proud. Call me old school but I'll still take the 11 herbs and spices that KFC has been offering for many generations over all of the new players on the block.
