Ordered the chicken wrap and fries deal. By the time I started eating it I noticed the chicken wasn't completely cooked and pink. I wasn't about to go back. Thoroughly disappointed and disgusted

I visited KFC and ordered chicken thighs. Unfortunately, the chicken tasted very bad and seemed like it was not fresh. I immediately raised my concern with the staff and asked if they could replace my order, but my request was refused. I understand that mistakes can happen, but when a customer reports that the food tastes bad or may not be fresh, the concern should be taken seriously. I was disappointed with the way my complaint was handled and the lack of customer service. I hope KFC takes this feedback seriously and makes sure food quality and customer concerns are handled properly.

visited KFC Upper Gage this Friday evening about 5pm and honestly, I had one of the worst experiences. It was extremely busy, but there were only two employees working continuously, with no third person to help. I don’t understand how management schedules staff, especially on a busy Friday evening. The restaurant was clearly understaffed, and just two girls were struggling to manage everything. The problem isn’t with the employees themselves, but with management’s poor planning and scheduling. Very disappointing experience. Management seriously needs to improve staff scheduling and restaurant operations. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and make changes.

Ordered a bucket of the day just now: chicken tender. Picked it up after 45 mins, 6:45 PM. No word of apology, no mentioned of delay when order was placed (kiosk was used). It is prime dinner time and staffs don't give a damn. I won't be going there anytime soon.
