  I ordered a 12-piece bucket with large fries, and I was very disappointed with the order. Not even one breast piece was included. For a 12-piece order, I expected a better variety of chicken pieces. This was very disappointing and not worth the money I paid. Please do better with the quality and selection of the orders.

  Well I ordered a $20 meal online, went 30 minutes later to pick up, waited 10minutes in drive through and nobody answers so pull up to window and wait another 5min then get parked, wait another 15minutes in car before food comes out. Missing sides and sauces. Next time I think I'll just catch and cook my own chicken it would be much faster! Poor service and missing food.

  I’m mostly a common customer with this location but today was not good. The young lady that serve us started off as if she was mad and gave me and my mom attitude and not very welcoming. Very poor customer service.

  Rude poeple working August 1st they were talking and the girl wasnt taking my order and she forgot what I ordered so she needs to see my receipt Shouldn't be working if you cant put on a smile and not talk to coworkers about people ordering or eating

  Awful! Rude workers. Order is NEVER correct and/or always missing something. Worst fast food restaurant EVER!!!!! Save your money or spend it somewhere else.
