Food tasted old, hours claim to be 1am went at 12am and found the drive thru saying their closed and doors were locked, had to call the restaurant just to get any service and was faced with the rudest worker I have ever dealt with

Very poor service. The food is often served cold, and the cleanliness is also not good. Every time I have visited, the tables have been dirty and not properly cleaned. Even when I ask the staff to clean the table, they often ignore the request or tell customers to clean it themselves. The overall service needs a lot of improvement. Staff should be more attentive to customers, and the restaurant should be kept clean and welcoming.

Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this location. I spent around $45 on my order, and unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing. The chicken and fries tasted old, were cold and soft, and not crunchy at all. On top of that, they forgot several items that were supposed to be included in my box meals. After spending that much money, I couldn’t even enjoy the meal and ended up throwing the food in the garbage. Another major concern is the very bad smell inside the restaurant when you walk in. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this KFC location. It has happened more than once. I will be following up with the city’s health and safety department to ask them to review the conditions at this location. Please don’t waste your money.

Nasty food and nasty 2 ladies working in kitchen. Was there around 5:30 pm September 27. Was clearly discriminated against. Debit machine and 1 kiosk not working. Was made to wait over half hour for food while other customers came In, got served and left while I still wait. Nasty looking lady asked everyone else if they need hot sauce except me. When I asked for I was told they did not have. Food was disgusting when we finally received. Will never eat here again and will tell many people we know to avoid this place. Also I expect compensation for this problem with these staff today. Will be contacting higher people to settle this as no one should have to put up with this terrible discrimination and poor service.

having an off duty staff in the kitchen wearing regular clothes no hair net and is standing beside people making the orders I’m positive that violates code regulations. Ain’t nobody suppose to be in the kitchen off duty in regular clothes and when that worker noticed me staring at him he started hiding behind the 2 fridges. This is disgusting and you guys need to have someone come re train your employees this is beyond disgusting
