The chicken tasted old and rather stale like. The sizes were nice but the order took a long time. The Pepsi was flat, the Pepsi zero was good The chicken sandwiches were as expected. Zinger was fairly fresh. The store was pretty clean except some tables were dirty. The servers were pleasant. It usually is a bit better at this location but it's hard these days to maintain quality control.

Short story… There must have been a change in management here. They’re doing great! I’ve been there three times in the last three weeks and been happy every time.
More details… For many years, KFC was my treat usually on a Friday night. It wasn’t the cheapest fast food around, but it was always good. Over the past five or more years, I have seen a huge decline. Prices increased, quality went all to hell, customer service disappeared. In the last few years, it got to a point where I only went to KFC two or three times a year. I like the flavour, so I was willing to tolerate the rest of it every once in a while. It had been quite some time when I went to get KFC for Mother’s Day three weeks ago. I was stunned! The value was good. But the biggest surprise was that the quality was better, and the customer service had improved. I can’t speak for any other KFC store. But this one has made a really good turnaround.
