  It was lovely experience here food was hot and fresh service was quick atmosphere was clean and tidy . I recommend you must visit here once if you want hot and fresh food

  placed an order at 10:05pm and delivery cut-off time is 10:30pm. they cancelled my order @10:35pm because “the restaurant is closed”. If your store hours say you’re open until 11pm then the kitchen should not be completely closed yet. I also tried calling a few times but no answer. Probably the worst food service location I’ve dealt with

  I made an online order on Canada after checking on google map whether the store open and the app also let me make an online order. And when I came to for pickup the store is closed. And when I tried to cancel the order, it’s showing I can’t do it. I was very busy and hungry. And that’s why I made an online order and ended up in trouble. Either the store or KFC should have made sure if they are closed on Canada Day then customers shouldn’t be able make online order. So a hungry customer can save time and gas.

  Whoever is working on delivery orders. Your communication to your customers is so poor. If wait time is over you need to call and let us know. That isn't fair to us. And I'm so amazed and surprised how employees do not know how to do everything as in front cash, cooking chicken, and prepping. I would've walked out too if I was an employee knowing some employees aren't qualified to do everything and expect others to do all the work. It's tiring. We paid delivery fee + a tip. Now my husband has to drive to your location to pick up a simple order that couldve been delivered if kfc had actually reliable drivers. I remember when I worked at kfc, if we didn't have drivers out of respect from the employees we would make the drive ourselves to make everyone's days easier. Get better employees.
