  Paid full price for combo. Waiting for the food and still Gave me the cold fries. Drove and had came back to return the food and guess they don’t refund you the money even tho they know that they gave me the cold fries. And yea took the order and when it was almost ready they told me that they Don’t have lettuce or tomatoes. 3.1 google reviews totally justifies the service and food quality.

  This location is known for never answering their phone, or answering and hanging up/leaving it to the side so you can't call to place an order.

  Been a long time since I've had a really good chicken sandwich lately. My sandwich was cooked to perfection. No pink in the middle, no stringy meat. It was honestly perfect Thank you to the staff, very much pleasant and very quick. They were just open, I'm already well prepared. Don't forget the napkins though 😊

  I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC location. My family and I entered the restaurant and were waiting to place our order. Shortly after we arrived, another customer entered. The manager got up and immediately attended to her, even though we had arrived first. During this interaction, we were not acknowledged, greeted, or even given eye contact. After assisting the other customer, the manager returned to his seat and asked another employee to take our order. While we were eventually served, the way the situation was handled left us feeling ignored and disrespected. The other employee was disinterested in taking our order. High time they get in enthusiastic employees. Good customer service starts with treating every customer with courtesy and respect, and unfortunately that was not my experience on this visit.
