  Wife ordered 10 piece meal and added 2l Pepsi. At window pays and receives meal no pop. 5 min still waiting while they take another drive through order then come back to window to ask what was forgotten, that say you didn't order pop so another transaction and then left Waiting for at least 5 min while they went to desk with something else, then my wife says she asked for plates and cutlery and was handed everything in a rush and ignorant way where she had to drop on the passenger seat to just "spread out" upon driving,, I find this type of behavior coming from an establishment such as KFC shows that the company doesn't care about the "experience" they give customers.. this will be the last time that we ever go this location as the service reflects upon managements direction, obviously no "quality control" given here.. do yourself a favor and go to POPEYES!!

  The staff at this KFC were very accommodating and went out of their way to handle special requests. Their friendly and helpful attitude made the experience even better. Thanks

  Irder and in line meal, does not go through, I have to re order, and the girl in the window get very rude with me, I go to parkdale next time

  The ordering process was convenient because there was a self-service kiosk available but the screen/monitors are not very responsive. However, my experience was affected by the lack of staff presence when I arrived. I didn’t see any staff available at the counter, and I had to wait for someone to come and assist with the order and service. It’s a good thing the kiosk was available, but having staff readily available would make the experience much smoother and more welcoming. Overall, the food was okay, but the service and lack of visible staff are the main reasons.
