  I am extremely frustrated and angry with how this situation was handled. I ordered a meal, and what I received was completely different from what I ordered. When I contacted them to have the issue corrected, I was told to take a picture. I did exactly that and provided the photo as proof of the mistake. Despite having clear evidence of the problem, they STILL refused to correct it or provide a refund. So let me understand this: they made the mistake, I provided proof of their mistake, and they still expect me to spend even more money at their establishment to get food my kids will actually eat. That is absolutely ridiculous. I was told that a manager supposedly came over, but clearly the problem still wasn't resolved. Whoever is responsible for managing this location needs to seriously look at how these situations are being handled. Customers should not have to argue, provide photographic evidence, and then be told to spend even more of their own money to fix a problem that the restaurant created in the first place. This is not how you treat customers. It's a terrible example of customer service and management, and frankly, it's a joke. I shouldn't have had to waste additional time and money just to make sure my kids had something they could eat. The picture clearly showed what I received versus what I ordered, and they still refused to make it right. Management needs to address this, because if this is how customers are being treated, something is seriously wrong with the way this location is being run.

  These workers constantly have their kids sitting in the store after school, nasty tables that I literally had to wipe down myself. I asked for a cloth and they gave me small cheap wet wipes, after ordering I was waiting 40 minutes then I saw my order on the collect section so I went to collect it and notice my order number got cleared but I don’t have my food. They tell me that they haven’t even started making my food. It’s always horrible here.

  KFC. Chicken place!! No chicken ready 😳 park on the street, it’s this McDonalds now?? Never in all the years coming here. Unreal . Your service sucks!! DO BETTER!!

  Today I was served by the most beautiful lady not only did she make sure my order was on point, she had great communication skills was absolutely wonderful to chat with. I will forever return back. I am from this city but moved out awhile back Yes, I am born in Hamilton, but I will come back to her every time I’m in the city, which is once a week on a Tuesday and any other day that I am attending, we will definitely be ordering from her here I went to several Locations in the city over the time of my life, but this lady was the most punctual make sure the chicken was crispy and the portion side was great thank you so much for continuing to serve our community as all my family is in the city. Thanks again may you have a great day and continue doing the great business you do
