  As regulars on Thursday nights for half priced wings, Arsen, our requested server has always shown great kindness and hospitality. Because of his ethics as a server, we highly recommend you to go for wings Thursday nights and request to sit at John Arsen’s table area. You will enjoy the wings plus any other items you order, I’m sure! Cheers!

  My sister and I decided to come over here for a dinner around early afternoon, and it was genuinely so lovely! Our server Jen was such a sweet lady! Not only was she super attentive to our needs, but she was also incredibly kind and genuinely funny. Making that long trip all the way from Toronto was absolutely worth it. Thank you so much for everything! We will definitely be coming back.

  We out-of-towners had a terrific recent experience here, from dealing with our charming and helpful server Cassandra B., to enjoying a good wine and excellent sirloin steak with sweet potato fries and garden salad, capped off with a delicious white chocolate cheesecake. We wished we lived closer, but will not hesitate to visit here again if we find ourselves in the area.

  My volleyball league had our season ending party at Kelseys on Upper James. We had close to 60 people for dinner. Amit and his team handled our large group with no issues. Service was fast and efficient. Food quality was good. They took our reservation on April 28, 2026 with no hesitation. Another local restaurant nearby had originally declined our reservation request. We will be back again!

  Kate was our server and she was very patient with our large group, we had a few problems with the food but besides that we all had a good time. I initially had written this review just based on our server telling us that we would get free cookies if we did (we did not get cookies). We had a pretty large group of 15 people so I understand it being a challenge to keep track of everyone’s order, however one of my friends at the table had ordered regular fries, but instead had received sweet potato fries, she doesn’t like sweet potato fries and when she mentioned it very politely to our server Kate she insisted she ordered the sweet potato fries, and then was extremely rude when saying she would bring her new ones and made a face while she walked away, that everyone else at the table saw. She also messed up one of the meals bringing the wrong sandwich, when she brought the correct side of fries before the proper sandwich, it still had the sauce from the incorrect sandwich all over the plate, not even bothering to change the paper. Another person at the table had ordered a chicken wrap, when she received the chicken wrap, there was barely any chicken in it, I would also like to mention that when I received my chicken bites they were pink on the inside and I was unable to eat them, I was too worried about pissing off server to mention it. She made all of us feel like requesting her to do her job was a problem, and I would not want to be served by her again.
